Musk tweeted on Tuesday, “Release of encrypted DMs V1.0 should happen tomorrow.” This will quickly become more sophisticated.” The criterion is that even with a gun to my head, I couldn’t read your DMs.
Musk said that the next version of the program would let users use any emoji to respond to any message in a thread, not just the most recent one.
“Coming before long will be voice and video visit from your handle to anybody on this stage, so you can converse with individuals anyplace on the planet without giving them your telephone number,” Musk said in a tweet.
This announcement comes roughly two weeks after Musk stated that Twitter would begin allowing media publishers to charge users per article with a single click. This would enable individuals who do not wish to sign up for a monthly membership to pay a higher price per article in order to read a relatively infrequent piece of content.
